How to Configure DNSSEC

Updated Time:2024-11-05  Views:2966

Domain Name System Security Extensions (DNSSEC) enhance the authentication of DNS domain servers by adding a DS record to the domain, effectively preventing DNS spoofing and cache poisoning attacks. Only registrars can configure DNSSEC!

The configuration process for DNSSEC is as follows:

1、Go to the "My Domains" page, select the domain you want to configure, and click "Resolution" or go to the domain management page and click "Domain Resolution."

2.In the domain resolution page, switch to DNSSEC by clicking "Enable DNSSEC" (Note: Only registrars and those using the site’s default DNS server can enable this feature!).

3.The system will generate the necessary DS records. Click "DNSSEC Settings."

4.In the DNSSEC page, click "Add DNSSEC."

5.Enter the DS records generated by the system into the corresponding input fields, and click "Confirm Add."

6.If there are no DS records, simply go to the DNSSEC page for the domain and enable DNSSEC there.
